Approach
Onboarding the supply chain; move from supply, to value-chain and build long-term relationships.
Establish a common language and common vision throughout the value-chain.
A strong vision helps to build trust and establish long-term relationships between partners, which is the fundamental base of any innovation process.
Outcome
Based on Values, CX Principles, Journey Insights, and Rolling Stock context, we developed an experience design toolkit.
It is meant to help construct and evaluate onboard experiences fast and agile.
The experience toolkit allows different partners along the value chain, to discuss and establish a common vision, early on in the development process. Adding a higher incentive to the project, gives purpose and helps to overcome barriers as a team.
Role
Hired as a team and design lead, I have been responsible for the internal creative process, direction approach and final design delivery of the project, as well as the client communication.
