Approach

If experiences are the driving factor for customer loyalty, why not place it at the heart of what you do?

The approach for this challenge was deeply rooted in understanding customer needs and designing experiences to answer them.

Research, Futurecasting exercises and price journey mappings were used reveil customer pains, which we then translated into digital services to answer them.

Once this was established we designed bespoke hardware to amplify functionality and customer value.

Those devices stood out from the market with their dedicated functionality and intended uniqueness and formed the base for a strong brand story—born from actual user needs.

Outcome

Driven by user experience, the developed concepts give a glimpse into a potential future, showing the potential of existing technologies, the effect of new ones and the changing relationship between users and their phones…

Results were presented in a multimedia presentation, demonstrating the fusion of User Experience and Industrial Design in the best possible way.
